Delivery

Once your order is in, we stay on it – making sure every step that follows is handled with care and attention. Your package is packed securely and sent in plain, private wrapping, with nothing on the outside giving away what’s inside.

You choose the delivery option that fits best:

  • Standard shipping takes around 2-3 weeks and is free when your total hits $200.
  • Priority shipping usually arrives in 7-10 business days, includes tracking updates, and becomes free at $300.

We don’t step back once the order is placed – we track it closely until it’s in your hands. If anything needs attention along the way, we’re already on it.

Payment

You’ve got a few easy options, depending on what works best for you:

  • Credit or debit cards – We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. It’s fast, reliable, and your payment is confirmed immediately.
  • E-checks – A digital version of a paper check, perfect if you prefer to pay straight through your bank.
  • Bitcoin – Great for international orders or anyone who prefers a private, tech-forward way to pay.

Refunds

Things don’t always go as planned – but we’re here to fix that. If something arrives damaged, missing, or not quite right, we won’t send you in circles. We listen, respond, and make it right with solutions that feel fair.

Haven’t shipped yet? You can cancel and get a full refund – simple as that. Once it’s out the door, we ask that you contact us within 30 days if there’s an issue. Depending on the situation, we’ll offer a refund, store credit, or a replacement sent with extra care.

Refunds typically land in your account within five to seven business days. If we ask for a photo, it’s only to better understand the issue and prevent it next time. Opened meds can’t come back due to safety rules, but we’re always open to finding a solution that works for you.
